Njabulo Mbonambi, popularly known as Njilour, will be performing at UKZN Centre for Jazz and Popular Music on Tuesday 14 April. The Mandeni born and raised creative is an alumnus of the UKZN African Music and Dance (AMD) programme and a part of Thee Legacy. Enthusiasts can expect to be swept away by rhythm, culture, and raw music energy as this Afro-Pop sensation performs live music from his catalogue.

Njilour has carved out a distinct place in the South African music scene, earning recognition through both his solo work and collaborations with prominent local artists. He now brings his sound to life on stage in an experience that promises to be unforgettable. The audience will be treated to an electrifying performance that seamlessly blends Jazz, Afro-Pop, Maskandi, and Soul, creating a rich and immersive soundscape.

The Centre for Jazz and Popular Music is located at Level 2, Dennis Shepstone Building, Howard College Campus. Tickets are available through Webtickets or at the door. They are selling at R130 for general public, R100 for pensioners and R70 for students with a valid card. Doors will open at 17h00 and the concert starts at 17h30.
